Only information necessary to perform agreed services is collected.

• Deliver bookkeeping and BAS agent services as outlined in the Engagement Letter

• Communicate with you regarding your services

Accounting Software (Xero)

NUNI B uses Xero as its primary accounting platform. By engaging NUNI B, you acknowledge that your financial data may be stored and processed within Xero’s systems. Access is limited to what is necessary to perform agreed services, in line with your Engagement Letter.

Confidentiality & Data Security

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with professional obligations as a BAS Agent. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect your data. While care is taken, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as required to:

• Provide agreed services

• Comply with legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations

Secure deletion occurs when data is no longer required.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate, and timely information

• Reviewing reports and BAS lodgements before submission where required

• Advising NUNI B of any changes that may affect their obligations

NUNI B relies on information supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Precedence of Agreement

If there is any inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and your Engagement Letter or Client Agreement, the terms of the Engagement Letter will prevail.
